Acceptance of Terms

Downloading or using the app, the user agrees to these rules.

User Accounts

The app does not make use of user accounts. The android app generates a persistent key identifying the user. Clearing of the app's storage resets user's identifier.
Part of the fauceting-process involves collection of the identifier of the receiving-wallet - required to comply with Government AML rules.

Acceptable Use & Conduct

App's listing on Google Play limits it to players over 18 years old. App's onboarding requires the user to confirm their age.
The app is also setup to refuse fauceting rewards to players living in countries banning digital-currency/cryptocurrency payments - CN, DZ, BD, BO, EG, MA, NP, QA, TN, RI, TR, CO.
App contains a public scoreboard of player's results. Player is allowed to specify the name displayed for them on the scoreboard, this nickname is also included in the receipt-transaction - no objectionable content please, did your mother call you that?
Fauceting of BSV-rewards is limited to actual users on non-rooted devices.

Intellectual Property (IP)

App's code, design, and branding are proprietary. Copying is prohibited.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend support for players found to be not complying with acceptable use.
Players found to be failing integrity-checks will have their app's user immediately restricted.

Disclaimers (Warranties)

App is provided "as is" with no guarantee that it will be bug-free or always online.

Limitation of Liability

Faucet's use is free. No funds are custodied for the player. Reward receiving wallet identity and the displayed nickname are specified by the user.

Governing Law

Company owning this service is located in Latvia, operates under its laws.
